Ann Holmes oversees legal and administrative services for Casey Family Programs. The national operating foundation’s mission is to provide, improve, and ultimately prevent the need for foster care.
Holmes, who has practiced law for nearly 20 years, came to Casey with experience in both the private and public sectors.
Career highlights
Before joining Casey in 1999, Holmes was a partner at the law firm of Stoel Rives LLP. As an advocate Holmes provided broad-based litigation, transactional, and preventive counseling to a wide variety of clients. Before she obtained her law degree Holmes worked as a staff member on the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations and in the Office of the Comptroller of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Holmes holds a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and a law degree from the University of Virginia.
