Our Work

We ask two questions: “What works?” and “How can more children and youth benefit from it?”

To grow healthy and resilient, children and youth in foster care need what all young people need:

  • A permanent home
  • A family and community to help them prepare for adulthood
  • A strong connection to their cultural roots and values

How can we do a better job of ensuring those necessities?

At Casey we answer that question by listening to alumni of foster care and their families, by collaborating across all public and private systems that affect families, and by measuring results to evaluate innovations.

This is work no one can do alone. Please join us by becoming aware and getting involved.
