Providing high quality foster care, kinship care and transition services
Since 1966, Casey Family Programs has provided high-quality direct services to improve the lives of children and families across the country. Today, we are working with children, families and communities to ensure that all children can be raised in a safe and permanent family.
Casey Family Programs seeks to bring the greatest possible stability to children in foster care by safely reuniting them with their birth parents. When that isn't appropriate or possible, we emphasize placement with relatives or adoption so that children can have a permanent home and family.
Casey Family Programs' nine field offices provide services to youth and families in five states. The offices also work closely with educators, courts and community agencies outside child welfare.
We assist American Indian and Alaska Native tribes working to develop and improve their own child-welfare systems.
Our field offices work with local organizations to provide community centers and service networks for kinship caregivers and for youth transitioning out of foster care.
