The fifth annual It’s My Life Conference will be held in Atlanta, GA from September 30th - October 2nd, 2007.

Each year the conference brings together youth in foster care, alumni, caregivers, practitioners and advocates to create synergy in sharing innovative practices designed to guide preparation for adulthood services for youth aging out of foster care.

We have been so successful in past conferences that this year we have expanded the conference to include over 700 participants. Casey Family Programs values the engagement and involvement of alumni, youth, and families as partners in our work and as leaders in foster care policy and practice.

We look forward to seeing you in Atlanta, September 30th – October 2nd, 2007.
