Tambi\u00e9n mejorar\u00e1 los servicios fundamentales de educaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para los ni\u00f1os en acogimiento familiar y preparar\u00e1 mejor a los j\u00f3venes mayores para la edad adulta al extender el apoyo federal para los programas de transici\u00f3n hasta los 21 a\u00f1os.
