d\u00e9cada; sin embargo, no se han producido disminuciones similares en el caso de los ni\u00f1os menores de seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>El informe \u201cHaciendo un llamado a la intervenci\u00f3n en la primera infancia en el bienestar infantil\u201d describe un an\u00e1lisis nacional de intervenciones dirigidas a familias con ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os y formula varias recomendaciones para reducir de manera segura el n\u00famero de ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os en cuidado foster, que incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Siga de cerca los resultados documentados de los Proyectos de Demostraci\u00f3n de Bienestar del T\u00edtulo IV-E.<\/li>\n<li>Implementar un enfoque de colaboraci\u00f3n entre sistemas y desarrollar mejores infantil.<\/li>\n<li>Maneje de cerca el uso de medicamentos psicotr\u00f3picos en ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Abordar la desproporcionalidad racial.<\/li>\n<li>Contin\u00fae evaluando programas y estrategias y comunique estos resultados para ampliar la variedad de programas informados por la evidencia y basados en la evidencia para que las jurisdicciones los utilicen para trabajar
