Juntos, estamos aprendiendo y adapt\u00e1ndonos bas\u00e1ndonos en las pruebas que genera nuestra investigaci\u00f3n. Esta primera edici\u00f3n <em>De los datos a la pr\u00e1ctica <\/em>El informe ejemplifica esta nueva forma de trabajar juntos. El informe explora la relaci\u00f3n entre los servicios y los resultados en una cohorte de j\u00f3venes atendidos en el servicio de acogida fuera del hogar del CFS. Incluye las caracter\u00edsticas demogr\u00e1ficas de los j\u00f3venes, las principales conclusiones sobre los factores relacionados con la salida hacia la permanencia legal y relatos que destacan los temas de los resultados.
