At Casey Family Programs, we think the answer is a resounding “yes.” We’re seeing communities come together to rethink how they can keep children safe and provide the bedrock of support that every child needs: a safe, supportive and permanent family.

The Evolution of Hope, Casey Family Programs’ 2017 signature report, showcases two communities — Gainesville, Florida, and Johnson County, Kentucky — that each brought together different resources, perspectives and supports to improve safety for children and families and reduce the need for foster care.
