Child Welfare Leaders

Informing practice

We use our deep experience working with children and families to demonstrate and spread best practices, strategies and knowledge. We work in partnership with public child welfare systems, policymakers, courts, Tribal Nations and community partners across the country to support the development, sharing and implementation of policies, practices and strategies that improve child and family safety, stability and well-being.

Policymakers

Informing policy

We partner with policymakers at the federal, Tribal, state and local levels to provide nonpartisan, accessible, evidence-based information and data to support them in making investments and developing policies that benefit children and families.

Community Leaders

Informing community

We understand that children must be seen in the context of their families, and families must be seen in the context of their communities. We work in support of a range of partners, including the children and families we serve each day, to promote a shared responsibility for ensuring the well-being of every child and family across the nation. We believe that every community can create hope and opportunities for its children and families.

Join us

Our approach is based on learning from and collaborating with those who are working to improve the safety and well-being of children and their families, including those with lived experience with the foster care system. We invite you to learn more about our focus.

Resources to get started

One measure of your success will be the degree to which you build up others who work with you. While building up others, you will build up yourself.
