Since 1966, Casey Family Programs has focused on supporting the vision of our founder, Jim Casey. We have built a diverse leadership team with deep experience in child protection, child and family well-being and a broad range of related fields to ensure we deliver on our mission to provide, improve ─ and ultimately prevent the need for ─ foster care.
Our Executive Team, led by President and CEO Dr. William C. Bell, is responsible for the overall strategic, financial, programmatic and operational direction of Casey Family Programs. Our executive leadership represents a broad array of expertise in many fields, including human services, finance, investments, legal, human resources and workforce development.
