Career highlights
Before joining Casey, Shields worked at Getty Images as the global compensation and benefits manager. She also served in the Air Force, Air Force Reserve and the Washington Air National Guard, retiring in 2018 as a master sergeant. During her time in the service, Shields was awarded the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and Defense Meritorious Service Medal.
Shields graduated from Troy University and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in resource management and psychology, as well as an Associate of Science degree in bioenvironmental engineering.
