This report chronicles the story of Austin’s In Home Services program. It is told in the voices of those leading the work. It is a story with multiple participants — parents, children, relatives, social workers and managers at Casey and child protective services, court officials, public and private providers — all of whom are working together to build a safe future for children and families. It is a story of courage, commitment, resilience, patience and a lot of hard work.
