Using In Home Services to prevent foster care in Austin, Texas
This report chronicles the story of Austin’s In Home Services program. It is told in the voices of those leading the work. It is a story with multiple participants — parents, children, relatives, social workers and managers at Casey and child protective services, court officials, public and private providers — all of whom are working together to build a safe future for children and families.
